All orders can be made securely via this website at the order now stage once a design has been chosen. Once an order has been placed a confirmation e-mail of order will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided on the order form, bank details for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments will be provided.
PAYMENTS
Please note that delivery charge for postage and handling has not been included in shown prices. This amount will be automatically calculated and shown when placing an order. Credit card payments are not accepted. Payment is to be made within 3 days of placing your order and can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please note that goods will be sent upon receipt of order form and processing of payment . When making payment please include your name and order number on transaction. For International orders please contact us directly on the above e-mail as postage charges will have to be calculated.
DELIVERY
Once receipt of payment has been received goods will be organised for delivery and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. As artwork is made to order please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt and processing of payment for goods to be delivered. If delivery is required more urgently please notify us in the "Instructions" section of the order form and we will try to accomodate.
Delivery within Australia is via Express Post. Most parcels will incur a delivery charge of $12.00, larger parcels will incur a higher postage fee, you will be notified if this is the case. For overseas customers please contact us directly and we will notify you of postage costs for your particular country.
piggywinkles takes the utmost care when packaging artwork for delivery, however, should an item arrive damaged during transit or faulty please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the matter further.
